Clubhouse Rental

 

Off Season (September – May): 
*Minimum rental 4 hours; additional hours are $40.00/hour
Weekdays (Monday – Thursday)
Member  $100/4 hours
Nonmember $200/4 hours

Weekends (Friday – Sunday) and Holidays
Member  $190/4 hours
Nonmember $275/4 hours
Security Deposit:   $200.00
*Deposit will be refunded within 14 days if rental conditions are upheld;  if rental agreement is breached, the deposit will not be refunded.
Capacity:  100 persons
Set-up:                       Set-up is the renter’s responsibility and may be done up to three hours prior to the event, providing there is not another event beforehand.  Clean-up is strongly recommended immediately following the event, and must be completed no later than 12:00 p.m. the day following the rental.  In the event another rental is scheduled for the following day, the facility would need to be cleaned immediately.
Equipment: The kitchen facilities, tables and chairs are available.  Barbeque grills may be used. Private bathrooms are located in the hallway.  We provide cleaning supplies and a vacuum.
Alcohol Policy:        The renter must provide a certificate of insurance naming Georgetown Country Club as an additional insured party for the date of the rental.  If the renter is not able to obtain this certificate, alcohol will not be permitted.

 

* Pool, deck, tennis golf and other facility use during a clubhouse rental will result in the forfeit of the deposit, immediate termination of the rental and may incur additional fees.  All rentals must end by 1:00 a.m. as per local ordinance. The clubhouse is not available for rentals during the summer months of June, July and August due to Club activities which utilize the space.
