Parents get a night out! Kids enjoy a night in with friends, games, and FUN!
Event registration includes babysitting, pizza dinner, and snack. Children must be out of diapers and fully potty trained, but otherwise there are no age restrictions. Childcare provided by in-charge Board Member with additional babysitter(s).
Space limited to 30 children—avoid the waitlist and register today!
- $20 per child under age 13
- $10 per child age 13+
- No discounts based on number of children or reduced childcare time
DINNER & SNACK
Each child is provided 1-2 slices of pizza and a drink. Participants are also allowed to bring a dinner from home but nothing that requires refrigeration or warming please. There will also be a late-night snack (nut free).
6:00 pm: Child Drop Off and Registration Confirmation
Families drop off their children and confirm registration information, including all emergency contact information, with in-charge Board Member.
6:00 pm – 8:00 pm: Dinner, Games, Playtime
Children can choose from several activities such as board games, card games, Legos, and drawing/artwork. Pizza dinner will happen early evening.
8:00 pm – 10:00 pm: Movie Time
Children will enjoy an age-appropriate movie and nut free snack. They can also participate in self-guided activities like board/card games or reading books.
10:00 pm: Child Pick-up and Sign-Out
All children must be picked-up and signed-out by an authorized individual with Photo ID by 10:00 PM.
Bag/backpack to hold everything
Dinner and snack if your child has food allergies (nothing that needs refrigeration or warming please)
Refillable water bottle
Extra clothes (including socks and underwear) and a plastic bag for wet or dirty clothes
Optional: slippers, pajamas, book(s) for reading, blanket.
Cell phones, mp3 devices, tablets, electronic games, cameras, or other electronic devices. Please do not bring knives and weapons of any kind including toy weapons such as NERF guns, or anything you can’t afford to lose. GTCC is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Prohibited items will be held until the end of the event and must be picked up by a parent or guardian.
PLEASE NOTE: Separate registration is required for each child due to system limitations.
