This class is for students who have mastered Level 2 skills and are interested in preparing for competitive swimming. The course will focus on fine tuning and building endurance for the strokes taught in Level 2. The butterfly stroke will be introduced and worked on extensively, along with the other three competitive strokes, turns and starts. The goal is to prepare participants for the final two dual swim meets of the WISC season. Participation in these last two meets will qualify participants for the championship swim meets. Participants will be tested the first day of class and will be moved to the Level 2 class if they have not mastered the prerequisite skills. The cost is $150.
